| This luxury villa is situated above the village of Peyia, about 3km from Coral Bay and a beautiful sandy beach. To Peyia itself it is about a five minute walk. As the villa is situated high on the hillside there is a refreshing breeze most of the time.
The villa has balconies on every floor, so whether you want to dine al fresco or have a glass of wine you can enjoy the relaxing and spectacular views from any of the three levels. All the balconies have views of Peyia with the main balcony great for eating out on and looking out across Peyia towards the Mediterranean, Paphos town and the coastline. The villa is south facing so the 6m x 3m private swimming pool has the sun all day and spectacular sunsets in the evening.
