Monaco is priciest location for property

The 2010 Frank Knight Wealth Report has found that Monaco is the world’s most expensive place to buy property for the second year in a row. With prices averaging from $4,300 to $5,900 per square foot, it has become a prime location for the rich looking for potential holiday homes with many luxury properties located through the country. Monaco was well ahead in property prices compared with other locations, with London a distant second at $4,400 per square foot and Paris in third with much more reasonable prices of $2,400 to $3,300 per square foot.
