The Buying Process

Viewing

If and when you decide to view properties in Spain, one of our English speaking representatives will show you some of the vast selection of properties that are on offer. You will have the opportunity to meet the developer and inspect other properties that they have built.

Whether you are looking for an apartment or a luxury villa, we have the local knowledge and expertise to find the right property for you. We are completely independent so we will show you properties from different property developers that suit your requirements and budget.

Purchase

Once you have decided on a property we will be on hand every step of the way with English speaking professionals who will help you with all aspects of the purchase.

Legals

We will introduce you to an English speaking solicitor who will talk you through the purchase and explain the legal documentation that is required. Our solicitor will act in your best interests and handle all documentation and enquiries to local government departments and services.

Extra costs

Add 10% to property prices to cover all costs - this is 7% IVA (Spanish VAT on all property purchases) and 3% for legal costs.

Rental

If you decide to rent your property or have brought for investment, then we can put you in touch with agencies that will market your property for letting as well as local companies who will service the property between lets.
